Due to expansion of the team a Major Financial Services Organisation require Agent Support Administrators. This role involves handling a wide range of queries from IFA`s, via the telephone and written correspondence.
These queries will include commission, name and detail and servicing transfers. You will work closely with a variety of teams to provide support to Suspense Account queries and be involved paying IFA`s*Networks correct commission.
You should have excellent communication skills both on the phones (majority of the time) and in writing, be PC literate and highly numerate. You should be able to stay calm under pressure and react positively to various work loads.
You should have experience of working in an administartive * customer service environment and have the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Although not essential it would be highly beneficial if you have previous experience of working in the Financial Services industry.
